What We Do
We focus only on interior wood framing. No full renovations. No exterior additions.
BASEMENT FRAMING
Walls, rooms, closets and mechanical rooms framed and ready for electrical, plumbing and drywall.
NEW WALLS & ROOMS
Partition walls for bedrooms, offices, gyms, storage or rental units inside the house.
OPEN CONCEPT & RECONFIGURING
Remove or adjust interior walls, frame new openings and work around beams. Engineer and permits as required.
BULKHEADS & CEILING BOXES
Bulkheads, soffits and boxes around ducts, pipes and beams. Clean lines so drywallers and electricians are happy.

We don’t hide behind “call for pricing.” Every project is different, but these ranges will give you a real idea of what framing usually costs.
Small Interior Framing
Smaller framing projects like:

A few new partition walls

Closing off a room or creating a small office

Short runs of bulkheads or boxes
This is for small but still worthwhile projects.
We don’t take framing jobs below our minimum.
Basement Framing Only
Framing only for a typical basement, such as:

Partition walls for rooms, closets and storage

Standard height walls (up to about 8–9 ft)

A normal amount of bulkheads around ducts and beams.
Price increases with higher ceilings, a lot of bulkheads, complex layouts or large square footage.
No insulation or drywall – framing only.
Soffits, Bulkheads & Dropped Ceilings
Framing to hide ducts, beams and services, including:

Soffits/bulkheads around HVAC, beams and pipes
-
2×4 dropped ceilings ready for drywall
Price depends on the total length/area and how cut-up or tight the space is.
Simple straight runs sit at the lower end; multi-level or boxed soffits are at the higher end.
Open Concept & Structural Framing
Framing-only work for making spaces open concept, such as:

Removing a load-bearing wall and installing an engineered beam
-
Shoring walls, installing posts and framing returns
-
Typically for one main opening (span and number of storeys above matter)
Engineering and permits are separate.
Longer spans and two-storey loads land toward the higher end or above this range.

Here are the most common questions and wonderings of our past customers. If you need more help, just ask !
Do you do full basement finishing?
No. We only handle the interior wood framing: walls, bulkheads and openings. After that, your electrician, plumber, drywaller and finisher take over.
Can you remove load-bearing walls for open concept?
Yes, as long as there is a proper engineer design and permits where required. We frame new beams, posts and openings based on the engineer’s details.
What’s your minimum project size?
We usually work on projects starting around $1,500 + HST and up. Small framing jobs are possible if they’re close by and simple – just ask.
